Five Day Senior Management Event in Bahrain

Tim has just returned from Bahrain where he delivered a five day Integrated Management development programme for senior staff at ARIG (The Arab Insurance Group)

 

This programme, marketed by Marcus Evans as the 'Five Day MBA' gave participants an opportunity to further develop their understanding and skills in the key areas of managing individuals, leading teams, business finance and strategy and effective implementation of change.

 

For ARIG the programme helped the senior management refocus on their role in leading the organisation as it continues to grow.

For Tim, while he has worked in he Middle East before, it was his first trip to Bahrain and he was glad it was October, not mid summer, though the temperature was still in the 30s with high humidity. Despite that he did get time to visit the souq. He was less impressed with the unscheduled 13 hour lay over in Abu Dhabi on the way home!
