Management Development
Few managers receive development that effectively acknowledges the complexity of their role.
We promote development strategies that acknowledge the way managers have to integrate and translate knowledge, beliefs and understanding into action. This is done through programmes ranging from our popular high impact Five Day Management Overview to Integrated Modular Programmes (sometimes certificated) consisting of three or more four day modules spread over a number of months.
Alternatively we devise bespoke short courses lasting from half a day to a week using specialist staff, skilled in making connections between the subject and the wider management context.
Sometimes coaching is the most effective route to immediate performance improvements. Coaching is particularly useful where managers are encountering particularly stressful management issues.
We help managers achieve better results and at the same time have an enjoyable learning experience. We know this because we can (and do) measure the impact of our work.
