Job description
You are responsible for the administrative / operational part of the personnel policy and (co) maintaining the personnel instruments in this regard (such as assessments, training and absenteeism due to illness). The position is for 24-32 hours per week. Developing and maintaining (HR) reports is a piece of cake for you, you do this for your HR colleagues and management. Personnel management systems, laws and regulations, collective labor agreements, employment conditions have no secrets for you and you are the point of contact for the organization. Because quality is of paramount importance to you, you ensure improvements and standardization of the various systems, of course aligned with corporate policy. To do this, you work together with your colleague HR Officer and the HR Business Partners.

Furthermore, your duties include:

• Maintain change overviews and reconcile them monthly with the payroll administration;
• Monitoring the expiry of terms (contracts, anniversaries, etc.);
• Preparing the annual HR cycle/agenda, including the required data sets (e.g. assessment round, annual fiscal space, etc.);
• Case manager / absenteeism guidance / sick and recovered reports UWV;
• Draw up employment contracts, employer statements and final accounts.
Job requirements
• A completed HR training or similar at a minimum MBO-4 level;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• You are at your best in a dynamic environment, you are good at setting priorities and you easily make connections;
• You have extensive experience and great affinity with the design and use of automated processes and systems.
