As a Learning Officer, you will play a key role in the implementation of our new worldwide learning management system (LMS) of which the implementation is planned for the end of 2024/2025. Together with the team, you will help to implement and provide support to national and worldwide locations to further develop the local learning organizations. Next to that, you make sure that global training programs are delivered as planned, participants are registered, attendance is recorded, and due process is followed.
Job Responsibilities
- You will drive the roll-out and implementation of our new learning management system (LMS), Cornerstone. With the project team, IT and other parties involved, you will ensure a successful roll-out of this system for NTS worldwide. This first phase focuses on the design, implementation of the LMS, and setting up of the system to collaborate with other systems
- You will provide first-line technical support to key users of the LMS, like troubleshooting system issues and providing training and support on how to use the system.
- You will be responsible for the daily management and optimization of the LMS (new releases), links to other involved systems, and the corresponding communications to stakeholders.
- You will develop and produce periodic reports on training program effectiveness, budget expenditure, attendance rates, completion rates, and participant feedback.
- You will manage the global content in the LMS, including uploading and organizing training materials, such as courses, videos, documents, and learning paths.
- You will ensure that the LMS is kept up-to-date with the latest training content, and you monitor version control of global content and the governance structure.
- You will manage the global training program communication process to ensure that all participants are aware of the training schedule, venue, and other relevant details.
- You will administer global training program evaluations to assess the effectiveness of each training program and gather feedback from participants
Job Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree or level in Human Resources, IT, or related fields.
- You have at least three years of experience in a similar role with a focus on (HR) systems.
- You preferably have a thorough knowledge of HR or learning systems and experience with implementing such systems.
- You are service and problem-solving-minded. You excel in supporting users, identifying (potential) risks and problems, and coordinating fast and effective solutions.
- You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude. The L&D organization is still in its infancy.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
