Job Description

As a Powder Coater, you are responsible for pre-processing and powder-coating the supplied parts with the appropriate tools. In addition, you fine-tune the spraying and coating equipment to be used. As a Powder Coater, you independently interpret the workshop folders provided. You also take care of spraying off the parts with particular attention to the quality of the products to be delivered.

• You study the workshop folders, which contain product drawings and data on required pre-processing, powders to be used, quality requirements, etc.;
• You pre-process the supplied parts;
• You set up and adjust the spraying and coating equipment to be used;
• You coat the various ferrous and non-ferrous parts.

Job Description

• You are an experienced Powder Coater with at least three years work experience. Experience with textured powders is a plus;
• You possess at least a lower or intermediate vocational education;
• You have knowledge and experience regarding the various pre-treatments, types of powders and powder coating techniques.
