Job description

In this role, you are responsible for the reliable and accurate processing of the financial project administration at NTS Optel in Nijmegen. The projects at NTS are incredibly diverse, which makes this position fascinating, challenging and different every day.

• Attending and organising monthly project meetings with the responsible project managers and the financial manager;
• Analysing projects in consultation with the project managers;
• Preparing reports and sharing insights regarding the risks;
• Supporting the financial accountant and drawing up balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and weekly, monthly and annual figures;
• Advising on how we can work even smarter together;
• Informing the finance manager on key financial issues and analyses.

You have an important and responsible task within our organisation. You utilise your administrative and controlling work to support our finance manager in charting the organisation’s financial course.

Job requirements

• Post-secondary or academic degree (MBO+/HBO), preferably in Business Economics or Business Administration;
• Knowledge and experience of financial administration, although starters are also welcome to apply;
• Your analytical capacities are strong and your determination and result-driven approach helps you to give solid advice;
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
