Job description

As a professional buyer, you know how a supply chain works and you oversee the chain. You know better than anyone when you have to switch to optimally support the organization. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for a specific purchasing package and work closely with our engineering, production and logistics departments. You have experience in selecting and qualifying suppliers based on QLTC parameters. In addition, relationship management with suppliers is one of your competencies. You also negotiate with suppliers about prices, conditions and initiate improvement processes aimed at performance improvement and / or cost reductions. Furthermore, you conclude contracts that are tailored to the needs of the customer. It is a position with a lot of freedom, variety and responsibility. You report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Job requirements

• HBO thinking level
• A degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
• At least 4 years of purchasing experience in the technical sector
• Good knowledge of supply chain processes
• Experience with ERP systems, knowledge of Navison is an advantage
