In this part-time position (25 hours) you welcome our visitors at the location in Hengelo, you ensure that our callers are transferred to the right colleague and you are also support when it comes to various administrative tasks.

Job description

Does providing the best service come natural to you? Do you enjoy helping visitors on their way and do you also have excellent administrative skills?

Besides welcoming our visitors, transferring calls and taking care of incoming mail, you will be given the freedom to take on other administrative duties. These might be ordering office supplies, communicating about new staff or staff leaving employment, providing support in our personnel information system or processing invoices. We believe you should be able to utilise your talent, which is why we want to discover together with you what energises you and in what areas you’d like to develop your skills. No two days are the same, which makes this position very diverse and positively challenging. Are you ready to make a difference together with us?

Job requirements

• Service-minded with a personal and customer-oriented approach;
• Experience with administrative work, planning & organising and you are strong in unravelling various operational challenges; 
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and a good command of the English language.

Your Team

Your colleagues within NTS work together on products of the highest quality and accuracy. You and your colleagues make the impossible possible, push boundaries together and exceed expectations. You’ll be working in our front office team consisting of three colleagues in total. Because one colleague will soon be enjoying her retirement after many years of service, the position we have available is for approximately 25 hours a week (flexible scheduling in consultation). Moreover, you’ll be part of our HR team consisting of 5 committed colleagues and will often be working closely with them.
