As part of this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process of NTS Norma. The profiles are very varied and ensure a lot of diversity in your work. In addition to improving existing processes and strategies within the group, you are tasked with setting up talent pools, building further on our employer branding strategy, never missing a career event to get future talents enthusiastic about our company, and sharing your advice on recruitment matters with the MT.

Job requirements

  • We are seeking an enterprising, ambitious personality with a university or higher professional education (HBO/WO), complemented by at least 4 years of relevant work experience within a technical environment;
  • you have a proven track record in recruiting successful talents;
  • your decisions are driven by data and processes and you know your way around the latest developments in social media, recruitment tools & techniques;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language

Your Team

Your colleagues within NTS work together on products of the highest quality and accuracy. You and your colleagues make the impossible possible, push boundaries together and exceed expectations. You work together with your HR team, consisting of HR Business partners, HR Officers, Learning & Development specialist and Recruiters from Hengelo and you will occasionally make a trip to Drachten where we also have interesting recruitment challenges. You will be also a part of our national recruitment team.
