Responsible Welding Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Responsible Welding Coordinator within our Sheetmetal Business Unit at NTS Eindhoven, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our welding certificates and certifications, with ISO 3834-2 being the leading standard. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure our welding operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, implementing and guiding new welding techniques within our organization will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain welding certificates and certifications.
- Create and manage new certificates for our customers.
- Initiate and oversee internal and external audits related to welding techniques.
- Support welders and team leaders with welding-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role as a Responsible Welding Coordinator.
- Completed education with at least IWT certification.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Enthusiastic and driven, with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent organizational skills and affinity with welding techniques in the broadest sense.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
