Job Description

As a Wet Coater, you are responsible for pre-processing and spraying parts for the high-tech industry using the appropriate tools. In addition, you fine-tune the spraying and coating equipment to be used. As a Wet Coater, you independently interpret the workshop folders provided. You also take care of spraying off the parts with particular attention to the quality of the products to be delivered. You are also responsible for the following:

• Studying workshop folders, which contain product drawings and data on required pre-treatments, lacquers to be used, painting techniques to be applied, quality requirements, etc.;
• You pre-process the supplied parts;
• You set up and adjust the spraying and coating equipment to be used;
• You coat the various plastic, ferrous and non-ferrous parts.

Job Requirements

• You are an experienced (minimum three years) coater, preferably with technical production experience;
• You possess at least a lower or intermediate vocational education;
• You have knowledge and experience regarding the various pre-treatments, types of lacquers and coating techniques.
