Company Overview: NTS Drachten specializes in the development, production, and assembly of complete high-precision mechatronic systems and ultra-precise components. NTS adds unique value to impactful customer products such as chip machines, electron microscopes, and other high-tech solutions. We are on the brink of an ambitious growth phase and are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help us realize this growth.

Job Description: As an HR Business Partner at NTS Drachten, you are part of the Management Team and a strategic partner for the board and management. You work on the development and implementation of HR strategies and procedures that support business goals. In Drachten, you work with an HR Officer and a Recruiter. You also collaborate with HR colleagues from other NTS locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the growth and development of the company.
  • Managing all aspects of absenteeism, including absenteeism guidance, reintegration, and preventive measures.
  • Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Supporting managers in evaluating and improving their teams’ performance.
  • Advising and supporting changes in the organizational structure and culture
  • Job Requirements:

  • Completed HBO or WO education in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a technical or growing company.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and absenteeism management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to think and act both strategically and operationally.
